My throat center is so much better. I am able to speak in public with confidence grace and beauty. So amazing.

I use to literally freeze if I had to talk to even 2 people in public or in a business meeting or an interview. Now I speak so beautifully in public to many people. Sanjivani,
I enjoyed our session very much. Prior to our session it seemed an effort to communicate clearly. When I wanted to speak it seemed the words came from a far away place. It was difficult to bring forward the words I wanted to speak to express myself.

Hello Marie,

Thank you so much for the powerful work yesterday. I feel like I am still integrating and unlocking things. My body feels ten pounds lighter and I am surprised by how little pain and discomfort I'm having. Often when I have big energetic unlocking I am quite sore the next few days. My heart feels open wide and it is a bit overwhelming to feel it, but I know that it is a beautiful thing.

Hi Sanjivani,
Reporting in. Yesterday's consultation was really helpful. Just having a realistic health plan to move forward is a big leap forward - I'm very grateful...
Energetically, it was quite a strong experience during the session. Afterwards I felt like I was in a big hurry and was quite irritable/angry - not at anything - just unstressing a lot. The last time I felt that grumpy was after a highly regarded Indian Ayurvedic doctor took my pulse in 2003. Like you, he was highly intuitive.
For the last week or two [before the session] I had been noticing that mula bandha [a yogic practice] had been causing some tension in the rest of my body. I was beginning to give in more attention and investigate what was going on. This morning, when practicing mula bandha I noticed nothing - no tension at all! In fact it seemed very unobstructed. I was amazed!
So things are going very well at the moment. I'll keep you posted...
